1. Returns Due to Incorrect Choice or Exchange Request
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered or wish to exchange them, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us using the form on our website. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with no damage to its packaging.
Important: The item must be in its unopened and unused packaging, with all original labels, and without any signs of use.
Return Procedure
Once we respond to your request, you can send the item back to the address provided by us. Please do not return the product before receiving confirmation from us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund or Exchange
After we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for return or exchange, we will either refund the amount you paid via your selected payment method or send a replacement product. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

2. Returns Due to Manufacturing Defect
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with a new one. To request a return, please contact us using the form on our website, carefully filling in all the required fields and providing the order number along with a description of the defect. In the contact form, please specify the nature of the product defect.
Return Shipping Costs for Manufacturing Defects: In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Please do not send the product back before receiving confirmation from us regarding the return.
