Order Delivery in Bulgaria

Orders placed on the Platonim.bg online store are delivered by courier to the address or courier office specified during the order. The delivery time is up to 5 business days. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped on the same day (if it's a working day).

• Saturday Deliveries: These are made depending on the courier’s working hours in your area.
• Sunday Deliveries: Not available.

Upon confirming your order by phone, you will be informed about the exact day when the package will be handed over to the courier.

Payment Methods in Bulgaria

You can choose to pay using one of the following methods:

• Upon Delivery: Cash or card.
• During Checkout: Online payment with a card.

Order Check and Cash on Delivery in Bulgaria

If you choose the "Cash on Delivery" or "Card Payment" method, you may check the order upon receipt to ensure the items match what was ordered. When receiving the package from the courier, you will be issued a receipt, which serves as the payment document and replaces the store’s cash receipt.

International Orders

For international orders, items are shipped through international courier operators that have agreements with Speedy and Econt. Delivery times and fees depend on the destination country and the courier service. Please note that the "Cash on Delivery" option is not available for international orders.

Payment Methods for International Orders

For orders outside Bulgaria, payment can only be made online using the following methods:

• With a Card: Payment can be made with a credit or debit card during checkout.

Order Check for International Deliveries

For international deliveries, there is no option to check the order upon receipt.
