Terms & Conditions

I. SUBJECT MATTER AND SCOPE

Art. 1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the relationship between "PLATONIM" Ltd., registered office: Yablakovo village, Pladnishteto area 1, UIC 204545144 (hereinafter referred to as the "SELLER"), and the customers (hereinafter referred to as the "USERS") of the online store Platonim.bg (hereinafter referred to as the "ONLINE STORE"). These Terms apply to all contracts concluded through the ONLINE STORE, regardless of the language in which the transaction is conducted.

Art. 2. The ONLINE STORE offers for sale machine-carved wood products, which are the intellectual property of the Seller.

Art. 3. Users may shop both after registration and as guests. The ONLINE STORE is available in multiple languages, and contracts may be concluded in Bulgarian or any other language supported by the platform.

III. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

Art. 5. The sales contract is concluded through the ONLINE STORE interface by the User completing the following steps:

  1. Selecting products and adding them to the cart;
  2. Entering delivery and payment details;
  3. Confirming the order by clicking the "Confirm Order" button.

Art. 6. The contract is deemed concluded at the moment the User confirms the order and the Seller sends an electronic confirmation.

Art. 7. The contract may be concluded in Bulgarian or any other language supported by the ONLINE STORE. In case of discrepancies between different language versions, the Bulgarian text shall prevail.

Art. 8. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in cases provided by law or for objective reasons, such as lack of stock, suspected abuse, or errors in price or product description.

IV. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY

Art. 9. Product prices include all taxes. The Seller clearly states the price, delivery costs, and fulfillment period before the contract is concluded.

Art. 10. The Seller delivers the goods within the period specified at the time of contract conclusion. If no period is specified, it is 30 business days from the date of the order.

V. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Art. 11. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without penalty or justification, except in cases specified in the Consumer Protection Act. For more information, please see our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Art. 12. The Consumer is entitled to a legal guarantee of at least 2 years for the conformity of the goods with the contract.

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Art. 13. All products offered in the ONLINE STORE are the intellectual property of the Seller. Copying, distributing, or using them without the Seller's explicit written consent is prohibited.

VII. DATA PROTECTION

Art. 14. The Seller processes Users' personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

VIII. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

Art. 15. The Seller may amend these Terms, notifying Users by email. Amendments take effect 30 days after notification, unless the User objects within that period.

IX. TERMINATION

Art. 16. These Terms and the contract terminate in cases provided by law, including when the Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal.

X. MISCELLANEOUS

Art. 17. Any issues not addressed herein shall be governed by Bulgarian law. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent court or the Consumer Protection Commission.

Art. 18. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the entire contract.
