Wall Clock on Crossed Rifles - Wood Carving

The composition is an elegantly shaped decorative element intended for a wall, made by machine carving. In the center of the composition is a round clock, framed by a rich ornament and placed on a dynamic base of crossed stylized rifles. Although the motif includes a weapon, it is clearly decorative and artistically interpreted, without realistic or functional elements.

The clock is centrally located, so as to attract the main visual focus.

The numerals (Roman or Arabic) are slightly raised or engraved to emphasize the contrast with the background.

The hands are elegant, classic, in sync with the style of the wood carving. Under the clock, at a slight angle, are two decorative rifles, crossed in an “X” shape.

The rifles are simplified and artistically abstracted, with emphasized lines of the stock, receiver and barrels, without mechanical or functional details.
